Select Staffing is looking to hire Front Counter help with at least 1 year of in-person customer service help. This person must have excellent communication and customer service skills, and be immaculately groomed.
This would be a temp to perm position.
Bilingual - Korean/English would be a plus.
Job Description:
Provide a positive customer experience in a prompt and professional manner ("Smile and greet customers in a friendly manner").
Demonstrate courtesy and patience with customers.
Customer interactions include collecting clothes, understanding the specific cleaning needs of the customer and providing the prompt return of cleaned clothes.
Supervise backroom staff and make sure all operations are running smoothly.
Report directly to senior staff on a regular basis and work closely with other front counter supervisor.
Must be responsible and reliable, be able open and close the store, with other supervisor (rotate shifts when needed).
Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including the back-room.
Assist in maintaining backroom efficiency of the dry cleaner.
Replenish cleaning product when needed.
Troubleshoot basic service issues with dry cleaning machinery (will be trained).

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
