Responsibilities:- Install, configure and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, Remote Access and network infrastructure: Switches, Hubs, and Cabling - Manage network security: Firewalls and User Access - Manage wireless Routers and access points - Manage VOIP Asterisk phone system and VOIP Polycom phones - Manage analog and electronic fax solutions - Desktop/Laptop Support using Windows XP, 7 and 8. Mac support would be a plus - Supports administration of email system: Microsoft Exchange 2003 and 2010 - Install, configure, and maintain Servers: Windows Server 2003, 2008, and 2012 - Manage all system backup and restore using Symantec 2012 Backup - Manage access card security and video security system - Support desktop, workgroup, and barcode printers - Support copiers and document management scanning solution - Maintain Motorola handheld scanners - Manage helpdesk support system - Manage Asset Tracking system - Manage Trend Anti-virus and App River Anti-spam - Support users with Microsoft Office Suite 2010 Desired Skills and Experience- Minimum of 2 years of related I/T support is required - I/T support experience including the use of trouble-ticket and support information systems - Demonstrated leadership abilities and be achievement oriented - Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage and prioritize concurrent technical support demands - Strong leadership, project management skills, time management, troubleshooting process and problem solving skills - Desire to work in an exciting environment and deliver exceptional customer experience - Ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) with technical development and other internal teams on behalf of customers - Must be customer service oriented and believe in teamwork, collaboration, adaptability and taking the initiative - Work independently with minimal management supervision MYK62683JREstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
