Job Summary The Blend Operator is responsible for mixing all powder ingredients into blends for packaging.
The operator needs to have an understanding of basic math calculations to ensure the blends are followed precisely.
General Responsibilities Weigh and measure raw ingredients Lift containers of powders into bins for blending Keep work areas and tools clean at all times Operate the blender Securely package ingredients Job Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
Reasoning Ability Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Other Skills & Abilities Ability to complete paperwork.
Basic computer skills required.
Excellent organizational, planning and attention to detail.
Initiative to complete tasks on time with minimal supervision required.
Good communication and interpersonal skills required.
