HR Generalists are responsible for maintaining accurate employee records and handling daily core HR functions, such as onboarding, employee relations, compensation and compliance.
They are also often the first point of contact for employees who have any questions or concerns regarding paperwork, policies and more.
Onboarding, create, review and approve job posts submitted by store managers Process pay, position, and status changes and assist with reclassification of employees Generating official internal documents such as offer letters Provide support to employees and managers in various HR-related topics suchand resolve any issues that may arise 401k administration Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents Act as human resources point of contact for multiple locations across the country Requirements:
HR Related degree or certification preferred Proven experience as an HR Generalist Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures Good knowledge of employment/labor laws Excellent communication and people skills Advanced computer skills, including data entry, data processing, communication tools and payroll and human resources software Problem-solving skills and resourceful thinking Leadership and coaching skills Strong empathy and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
