Responsibilities:
Greet ALL Members and Guests with a warm welcoming attitude Present/sell membership programs to new Guests Answer phones with a smile and be ready to assist the client Build a lasting friendly rapport with Members and Guests Schedule appointments, check Members and Guests in/out Help retain Members and Guests by providing an excellent client experience Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Requirements:
