Duties - Provide administrative support to Minister and staff - Manage church calendar, approve room reservations for facility use - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary - Assist with event planning and coordination - Manage office volunteers - Manage Church contracts with vendors and follow up with requirements - Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry Requirements - Proven experience as an administrator or in a similar role - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks - Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Helpful if familiar with Church Management System, such as Realm - Ability to handle confidential information with integrity - Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team Note:
