Delta is looking to fill a full time Case Manager position for our Traditional Surveillance Department.
Below is the desired criteria.
The Case Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operational tasks associated with planning, researching, scheduling, and updating surveillance files, as well as reviewing the final report provided to the client.
They will collaborate with the client and with teammates in various roles within the department in order to produce a quality work product.
Essential Functions and
Responsibilities:
Manages files for one or more national accounts Displays excellent verbal and written communication Provides training for new teammates Cultivates professional relationships with clients in order to provide excellent customer service Cultivates professional relationships with investigators and teammates Utilizes internet, database, and social media research to inform surveillance efforts Presents timely information and updates to clients and teammates in an accurate and organized manner Follows company policies, procedures, rules, and regulations during work hours Meets established deadlines Utilizes CaseTracker features to organize and store information, record file communication, set deadlines, provide accurate data, report billing, and produce a quality final work product Maintains email records for future reference Maintains secure records, ensuring that all confidentiality and security protocols are followed Displays proficiency with Microsoft Word, Teams, Outlook, and Excel Creates a thoughtful, organized work product that shows attention to detail Prioritizes tasks to increase efficiency.
Tasks:
Checks in investigator reports.
Provides daily client updates.
Reviews and schedules files according to client instructions and protocols.
Enters necessary data, information, communication, and billing into CaseTracker.
Collaborates and communicates with investigators, field supervisors, and teammates regularly.
Monitors and meets due dates and deadlines.
Proofreads client reports for accuracy, ensuring that all file instructions and client specifications are followed.
Conducts internet, social media, and database research as need in order to plan and prepare for surveillance.
Assists with the review of SIU, IR, and Remote updates and final reports.
Posts client communication in provided portals according to client protocols.
Maintains and prepares surveillance video percentage data.
Maintains impact data.
Reviews budgets throughout the course of the file to ensure accurate client billing.
Knowledge, Skills, and Ability Requirements:
Must possess the ability to work efficiently and accurately Must be detail-oriented and organized Must demonstrate an ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment Ability to learn quickly Strong problem solving skills Good customer service skills Must manage multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately
Experience:
Entry level experience; however, experience in the insurance claim industry is preferred.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
