The general office performs the function of co-ordination of various departments and as such, it acts as a general reserve to assist the activities of other departments.
This function is vital to the operation which supports the continued success of Empire Today.
Responsibilities The General Office Associate is responsible for various office related tasks to support the General Manager.
They contact assigned Sales Representatives to provide daily leads, audit daily work orders against data in the POS database, and monitor/track work order cancellations.
The Office Associate also compiles, sorts, and verifies accuracy of documents and work with service requests.
They support the day-to-day operational functions of the office.
Qualifications High School Diploma/GED1 year of administrative and clerical experienceProficient in MS Office Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Benefits Quick enrollment into our benefit plans.
