As a Medical Office Assistant, you play a direct role in the lives of our patients each day by assisting our providers and office manger with their duties in a rewarding and safe environment, while promoting long term healing.
You will partner with the office manger and providers to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment for both our new and current patients.
The direct patient care includes but is not limited to checking in patients, taking payments, getting rooms ready and turning over rooms, assisting with filling out patient questioners, sitting with patients post treatments, ambulation assistance, office paperwork, and much more.
The office assistance will include but not limited to receiving and calling current and new patients, sending and receiving patient charts or medical history, paper filing, and more.
HOURS:
Must have open availability.
Schedule changes week to week when treatments are performed.
Usually 1-3 weekend days a month and 4 weekdays a week.
Some days are AM 8-3 and some days are afternoons 2-8pm.
Must be available and flexible.
