dba Chafin Communities is a residential home builder seeking a qualified individual to act as an Assistant Closing Coordinator.
The right candidate will assist the Closing Coordinator regarding all aspects of closing duties.
Preferred experience is 1
year in an office setting, closing attorney experience a plus.
Candidate must possess Microsoft Office & Adobe skills.
Dropbox experience preferred.
Candidate must also be organized, pay extreme attention to detail, and have excellent communication and follow-up skills.
The position includes performing duties including but not limited to, Purchase Agreement processing and filing, ordering 2-10 warranty, final surveys and soil treatments, preparing closing packages, supplying attorneys with closing documentation including final surveys, soil treatments, certificates of occupancy and keys and filing.
