Summary:
We are Victory Recovery Services (VRS), a leader in the collateral recovery management marketplace.
Being backed with over 30 years of industry experience, compliance-driven procedures, and the most up to date skip tracing technology, VRS is the collateral recovery solution that makes sense.
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual who is able to develop accurate consumer location information by analyzing data to ultimately lead to the location of the financial institution's customer and/or their collateral.
A day in the life of a Skip Tracer:
Researching and analyzing data, leads and reports to identify valid location and contact information.
Properly documenting your communications and contacts made with consumers regarding their location and collateral recovery efforts Initiating verbal contact with references as needed to identify or verify location of the consumer.
Partnering with independent subcontractors to develop solutions and to achieve results.
Managing an assigned queue of accounts Phone communications following a defined script guideline Being able to manage your time efficiently Having exceptional phone etiquette Being Goal Oriented Having persistence to think outside the box Skills, Experience, and other
Qualifications:
At least 1 year skip trace experience; a plus but not required.
Maintain compliance with related laws, regulations and industry best practices.
Experience and knowledge of skip tracing technology (Equifax, Experian, TLO) is desired but not required.
Excellent customer service and negotiation skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook & Excel) Automotive collections experience is desired but not required.
