We are seeking a person with outside B2B sales experience, only 5-10 years of experience needed , who is looking for an opportunity to knock a territory out of the park! Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service and finding solutions to challenges that occur with your accounts.
To work with your customers to make it easy to do business with Austin Hardware and to assure that we are the customer's first choice.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES Responsible for all sales activities in their assigned regions to meet or exceed their respective territory and corporate goals and objectives.
Setting regular and effective sales calls to existing and new prospects Develop an annual business and sales plan and execute the plan Working within our quoting and contract pricing parameters to grow and maintain gross margin while building and protecting our business by effectively communicating our value add proposition Attend weekly planning meetings with RSM's both as part of their regional team and on an individual basis, and come prepared to discuss successes and challenges with their assigned accounts Responsible for metrics, milestones, and monitoring of results to plan (Sales Analysis) Meet or exceed sales and performance objectives as noted below Prospecting for new key account targets New product development Vendor consolidation VMI presentations HVT (High-Value Target) updates Product launch and trade show follow up Support and use all technology platforms as agreed to.
Work in conjunction with TAMs to provide the highest level of support and communication with our top-tier customers Communicates any high-priority tasks with Territory Area Manager, particularly while out of the office, to ensure we serve our customers in the most efficient manner Work with Territory Area Manager to alleviate workload and free up time to focus on most important selling activities QUALIFICATIONS B2B Sales experience Clean Driving Record ( We supply a car and all expenses) Clean Background and Drug Screening No more than 15 years of work experience Degree preferred but not necessary Good Tenure Excellent computer skills in Microsoft products Excellent communication style Proven Sales ability Covid-19 Vaccination is a plus About Austin Hardware & Supply Co.
